We’re thrilled to welcome Rachel Agnew, Shannon Bray, Nigel Dawes, and Phil Springford to the Hawke’s Bay Foundation Board of Trustees, bringing a diverse range of skills, experience and community connections to the organisation.
Rachel Agnew
With 25+ years living and working in Hawke’s Bay, Rachel brings deep experience in funding management across central and local government, and trusted connections across our rural communities.
Shannon Bray
Hastings-based landscape architect and managing partner of Wayfinder, Shannon has been an Hawke’s Bay Foundation donor for several years. He joins to explore new fund-growth opportunities, particularly with local small businesses.
Nigel Dawes
Nigel brings 33 years of global financial services experience, including 13 years in COO roles. He chose Hawke’s Bay for its community spirit and joins us with a clear understanding of what community foundations can achieve.
Phil Springford
Phil’s family has long been involved in foundations and charitable trusts. He joins the board with a focus on financial stewardship and ensuring every dollar donated works harder for our region.
