Unlike other charities that support a specific cause or issue, our mandate is to support the entire charitable sector in Hawke’s Bay.

Clause for Memorandum of Wishes

Use the clause below for inserting in a Memorandum of Wishes for your family trust.
After we have both died it is our wish that you pay or transfer….% of the Trust’s net assets to Hawke’s Bay Foundation to be paid into the “[name of fund] Fund” which we have established so that it may be dealt with by the trustees of the Foundation in accordance with the terms of that Fund.
