Every year, around 60,000 Hawke’s Bay households receive a dividend from the Hawke’s Bay Power Consumers Trust; however up to $300,000 worth of dividends are left unclaimed.

Established in 2018, the Hawke’s Bay Power Consumers Trust Fund offers generous individuals the option of donating their dividend to support their local community instead. We invite local people who can afford it, to donate some or all of their dividend to help families in need.

The elected Trust oversees the operation of Unison Networks.  Simply, by having a power account for a property linked to Unison, you are a shareholder and are eligible for an annual dividend.

The Fund invests your donation, and the interest earned from this investment is distributed each year to deserving community organisations – so your donation keeps growing and giving forever.
